Due to High Demand and Raised Shipping Prices - We Had Recently SOLD OUT of Stock in our USA Warehouse and all of Our Products NEED TO Ship From Our Manufacturer. Delays in Delivery Times, & Info To Your Tracking Number are to be Expected. Your Patience Is Greatly Appreciated at This Time and We are Working Our Best To Get EVERYONE's Order To Them In a Timely Manner. Please bear with us during these difficult times - we are doing our very best!

Additional Info On Your Tracking # May Be Delayed For Up to 10 Days After This Notification. We Cannot Offer Specific Times Of When Info Will Be Updated To You But Just Know We are Getting ALL of Our Orders Out ASAP. Thank You For Your Patience

Just to Re-iterate:

  • Shipping Times Will Be Delayed At Minimum 10 Days or to a Maximum Total Time of 2-3 Months To Be Delivered
  • Shipping Information To Tracking #'s Will Be Unavailable For an Extended Period Of Time
  • All Of Our Orders are Being Shipped Out Individually From The Manufacturer As They are Received

We understand that the one thing you all do not want to hear is to "just be patient" but unfortunately that is all we can really ask of our loyal customers right now. Every order during the height of the pandemic was fulfilled and shipped out from our overseas warehouse - however unfortunately we could not ship by air and had to ship by sea (taking exponentially longer) as was our only option at the time.

We are terribly sorry that you all have been so negatively affected by this - but please know that your orders are en route to your location - even if the tracking information shows no updates for an extended period of time.

**We cannot offer refunds at this time for orders which are IN TRANSIT as we have already purchased the goods and started the process of shipping them to your homes - but we will, however, offer reshipments at the end of July for any customer who has not received a package yet - as by July we estimate that everyone's package will be delivered and any mask that has not arrived will be an outlier.**

Again, we ask for your extended patience during these difficult times and that you please bear with us as we get your orders to you.
